  1. Vediqroots Ayurveda Clinic confirms appointments only upon receipt of advance payment for the requested service.
  2. We will schedule home visits based on mutual availability, and there may be additional fees for visits outside of the region.
  3. For an effective ayurvedic therapy session, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.
  4. A cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time without penalty. You will receive the full amount back.
  5. Rearranging your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled service may qualify you for a 50% refund..
  6. We charge 100 percent of the scheduled service amount if the appointment is canceled on the same day or if it is missed.
