About Practitioner: Nishi is a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner based out of Melbourne. With a rich experience of seven years in Ayurveda practice, she has been an active member of the Australian Association of Ayurveda since 2017.
Nishi believes in the Ayurvedic concept of Health, where an individual achieves a complete physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being and not merely an absence of disease. She believes that all healing comes through the heart, and therefore sincere empathy from a physician is the first medicine.

Nishi believes in lifelong learning. Her recent educational achievement, an MBA in Health Services Management through Kaplan Business School, Australia, has helped Nishi to enhance her health management abilities.

Me, Ayurveda and Australia!
Australia, to me, represented a whole new realm of discovery. The people I encountered were largely unaware of the profound benefits that Ayurvedic practices could bring into their lives. Authentic Ayurveda was not easily accessible to them, presenting a unique opportunity for me to introduce this ancient wisdom and propagate its transformative power. It became my mission to bridge the gap and enlighten individuals about the profound impact Ayurveda can have on their well-being. With passion and dedication, I set out to share the timeless teachings of Ayurveda, enlightening and inspiring others to embrace this ancient tradition for their own health and vitality.
From Postnatal Care Services To VediqRoots Clinic!
There are very comprehensive post-natal healing options offered by Ayurveda, including massage, kizhi, and Ayurvedic food. To ensure that all mothers could reap the benefits of this ancient wisdom, I started an Ayurvedic post-natal massage service.
I received very encouraging feedback from my clients, and my business grew exponentially.
As a healthcare professional, I noticed that people needed more holistic healing than symptomatic relief. Also, I found that people often prefer herbal treatments. This experience shaped my opportunities as an Ayurveda practitioner. I started VediqRoots Ayurveda and Panchakarma to reach out to more people suffering from other health problems and create Ayurveda awareness among the community.
Today, VediqRoots offers Ayurveda consultations, Therapies, Pain Management Treatments, Ayurveda Detox and has already helped countless individuals and families.
